This legislation will replace current data privacy law, giving more rights to you as an individual and more obligations to organisations holding your personal data.

This means that we have published a new privacy policy so you can access this information, along with information about the increased rights you have in relation to the information we hold on you and the legal basis on which we are using it.
To comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),we have published a revised privacy policy.
The basis on which we collect & process your personal information is contract. This means that we collect the following personal information in order to meet our obligations for fulfilling contracts, orders or quotes Name, company ( if applicable) address & postcode (Billing & Shipping),telephone number, email address and payment card details. We need to collect and process this information to be able to deliver orders to the correct person's address, validate each customer's identity & billing information, and process returns, exchanges and refunds.
We hold personal information securely on password protected computer systems and/ or secure paper based systems. We hold personal information related to customer orders for a statutory period of 7 years to meet tax obligations.
We store or retain payment card details only in encrypted hosted payment systems for continuous payment authority transactions - block of the month contracts - and do not have access to payment details once they are entered into the payment systems including POS credit card terminals.
Online website payments are handled by re-direction of an order to PayPal for payment processing. We do not hold payment card details for website orders.
